February 2010 Old Williamsonian Annual Dinner 2010 – Saturday 11th September 2010 – 7:00 for 7:30 As you will see from the heading, the Annual Dinner this year will be on Saturday 11th September in the School hall, 7:00 for 7:30. Dress code is formal, with black tie preferred for the gentlemen. The format will be pretty much the same as the last few years although in response to popular demand, the entertainment will be different. Due to astute management, we have managed to maintain the same low ticket price of £20 per person. We are retaining the lay-out of a small top table with individual tables, nominally for eight. We are hoping that many will sponsor a table of eight (or any other number between six and twelve). One major change; if you wish to book a table, you must pay for all the people on that table at the time of booking. Last year, a number of people booked tables where some of the guests failed to turn up and did not have the decency to pay, but the Club still had to pay the caterers, thus incurring a loss.
